Britische Food-Designer haben in London eine Bar eröffnet, die sie unter dem Schlagwort “Alcoholic Architecture” bewerben. Zwar ist der Begriff Architektur ein wenig hochgegriffen. Aber als besonderes Feature hat die Bar einen begehbaren Raum, mit Alkohol-geschwängerter Luft. Man atmet den Alkohol also ein, anstatt ihn zu trinken.
